Winemaking Information
Our second syrah, Parkinson Vineyard, comes from a cool climate region of the Napa Valley and shows off a whole different style then our Mitchell Vineyard Syrah. We are excited to show the differences and educate our consumers on the diversity of the Syrah grape. This Napa Vineyard located off Dry Creek Rd sits about 300 feet above the valley floor. The vineyard is just over three acres in size and has all different exposures to the sun (North, South, East and West).

Tasting Notes
Parkinson Vineyard was fermented in open top bins, punched down twice a day. The wine finished fermentation in barrel. A light filtration was used prior to bottling.
