Some whole cluster fermentation, extended maceration, blended with 5% Viognier after malolactic fermentation is complete.

Tasting Notes
Black fruit, bacon and spicy aromas with rich, full-bodied flavors of cassis and licorice on the palate. Finish is nice and long.
