Some whole cluster fermentation, extended maceration, blended with 5% Viognier after malolactic fermentation is complete.

Tasting Notes
The aroma is filled with rich fruit, spices, and has beautiful floral hints that bring you right back to the glass. The palate has rich and complex flavors of plum, currant and spices. The Viognier helps enhance these fruit flavors on the front of your palate then releases to the classic spice and earth flavors of the Syrah grape.
